Swap swap's or maybe not

Well I was going to try and post the pictures of the goodies I received in the swap I did a while ago, but alas for about the 3rd time, blogger won't let me! GGggrrrr!
Anyhows I shall try again another day. I have been quite a busy badger ( hehe ) Started knitting a jumper for Stan ( size 3-4 just incase it takes me ages!! ) and on a few Birthday pressies, ssshhhh it's a secret!! March is a busy birthday month round here!
Off to my Permaculture ( self sufficiency ) group tonight, it's fab! Sorting out the design course which should be plenty fun, apparently we shall learn how to make rugs from wool, brill!!

Supplies and hungry pets!

Well I must admit not alot of crafting has taken place this week! I was hoping to start knitting a jumper for Stan the other night but couldn't indertsand the instructions to cast on with my thumb so that will have to wait till my mum can show me ( hopefully tomorrow! )

But I have been good at getting supplies!! Got this delicious fabric from Ikea yesterday, how gorgeous is the leaf one!! Love it

This small mountain of zips I got from good ole ebay, for the princely sum of one pound!! Brilliant ( postage was about 3 but still a bargain ) Such gorgeous colours and some are massive!!

And here are Ben and Edd who have been in for the winter, wondering what I am doing photographing stuff on the floor instead of giving them their brekkie!! So best I hop to it!

Have a jolly weekend, I shall endevour to post more regularly next week and have some craftyness to show, who knows maybe even some knitting?!?!?!?

Swapping and well alot of snot really! ( sorry!! )

I have been really busy this last week ( can't believe it's friday tomorrow!!!) though mostly I have been busy looking after a poorly little one, then getting poorly myself, hurmph, not much fun. But hey ho we are all on the mend and horrah, damn them yucky colds, snot and stuff everywhere!!
I have also been busy making this chap!! He's a purse I made for this swap I'm taking part in, it was based around my partners favourite things, she likes jellyfish so I made a jellyfish purse! He is lined with the most delicious blue gingham, mmmmm! I am pleased with him, I think he's cool, hope she likes him!Also I made this, it's a kinda wall hanging and it's a bit of an experiment I must admit! She likes the Nightmare before Christmas film ( hey, who doesn't, Tim Burton is coolio! ) I found a piccie of Sallys sewing machine, drew it onto paper but wanted to do something different with it, so I stitched and made a wall hanging, I really hope she likes what I made for her!

Sorry for the rubbish photo, it's a bit late and I have to post it tomorrow ( why do I always leave things to the last minute!?!!? ) Looking forward to seeing what I get!

Also I am probably the last person to find out about bloglines, just loading all my fave blogs on, looks like we will have a time saving device, yippedooo!!
