Charity shop finds

I found these two lovely books in the charity shop yesturday, am loving the fox's eyes. Freddieis a very English book, with lots of 'splendid's and 'criekey's Brilliant!
And Norah, well she's just gorgeous.

Allotment

We both popped up the allotment today, lovely! managed to get the tomato plant ( Roma ) set I bought from the WI . Set some more spinach too, the spinach I had previously set had bolted already!?!? Can never have too much spinach, says popeye. Did a few other bits and bobs, generally pottered and watered, mind you it has just poured down so horrah to that, good for the garden!

Stans Van

Here's Stans van, I have been working on him for a while now, bit of trouble cutting the piano wire for the axle so i went for an old coat hanger instead!

He went for a bit of a drive round the garden this morning. He's made out of felt, I love felt and a pillow was sacrificed for his stuffing.

I seem to be understanding so far

Yep so far so good! I think this is all making some sort of sense?!?!
